Forget Me Not Adult Day Center exists to provide compassionate, dignified daytime care for aging adults who require supervision, support, and meaningful social engagement. We are committed to enriching lives through structured activities, socialization, and personalized assistance—including medication administration and personal care services—in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our mission is to serve as a trusted bridge for families, offering peace of mind and reliable support for loved ones who cannot safely remain alone during the day but are not yet ready for long-term residential placement. Through connection, respect, and quality care, we honor every individual’s story, independence, and worth.
Our vision is to become the leading adult day center in our region, recognized for compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful engagement.
